Along with each Compressor, we provide Electric Control Panel. This consists of pressure gauges, cut out switches, hour meter, and the electrical circuit to operate the solenoid valves.

The pressure gauges are used to indicate the pressure of the gas and oil at various stages in the system. The cabinet provided gives rigid support and safety from water and direct impact. Since the panel is powder coated, it also provides good aesthetic look.

The two types of cut outs used in the control panel of which one is HP / LP cutout which are used to protect the Compressor from any abnormal change in the pressure of the gas at the suction and delivery ports of the compressors. The other type is the oil pressure cut out which safe guards the compressor against the low pressure of the lubricating oil.

LED (Light Emitting Diode) is also provided. This gives the indication of the operations carried out through the control panel.

Hour meter is provided for knowing the running hours of the compressor, which in turn helps in detecting the servicing, and maintenance required for the compressor.

Toggle switches are also provided on the panel, which regulates the solenoid valves for loading and unloading of the compressor cylinders.

Interlocking is provided on the panel board so that only when the condenser water pump runs, then the compressor motor will start.
